Welcome to Unisound! (licensing.unisound.io) By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (T&C). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the platform.
1. General Information
These T&C constitute a binding agreement between you and Unisound Inc., a company located in Miami, FL, USA.

2. Account Creation
To access our services, you must create an account by providing:
- Full name
- Company name
- Email address
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and ensuring the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. User Obligations
By using the platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
- Avoid any misuse of the platform, including but not limited to data scraping and unauthorized access.
4. Services Provided
Unisound offers project management tools for music licensing, including:
- Assigning projects to team members.
- Communicating with clients directly from the platform.
- Receiving new licensing opportunities on your customer dashboard.
- Importing metadata and music pitches directly from DISCO or Source Audio.
5. Service Limitations
Unisound does not guarantee:
- Selection of your music for licensing opportunities.
- Uninterrupted functionality or compatibility with third-party integrations like DISCO, Source Audio, Gmail, or Outlook.
6. Payment and Fees
- Unisound operates on a subscription model:
- Monthly billing.
- Yearly billing with a 20% discount.
- Payments are processed through Stripe, and all sales are final. No refunds are provided.
- To cancel your subscription, email contact@unisound.io. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Intellectual Property
- Customers retain ownership of their intellectual property.
- Unisound does not require or claim licenses to customer-owned content uploaded to the platform.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Unisound is not liable for:
- Any legal disputes or challenges faced by users.
- Damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
In the event of disputes, arbitration will be the primary method of resolution.
9. Third-Party Integrations
The platform integrates with DISCO, Source Audio, Gmail, and Outlook. Unisound is not responsible for any issues or disruptions caused by these third-party tools.
10. Termination and Suspension
Your account may be terminated under the following conditions:
- If you cancel your subscription plan.
- If you violate these T&C.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These T&C are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
12. Policy Updates
Unisound reserves the right to update these T&C. You will be notified of any changes via a pop-up notification the next time you sign into your account, where you must agree to the updated terms to continue using the platform.
